हर सात में एक मरीज वैक्सीन के साइडइफेक्ट से जूझ रहा, कमजोरी और मांसपेशियों के दर्द से परेशान हुए लोग; स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने स्वीकारा

रशिया की वैक्सीन स्पुतनिक-वी भारत में लाने की तैयारी चल रही है। इस बीच इसी वैक्सीन से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर आई है। रशिया के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मिखायल मुरास्को के मुताबिक, वैक्सीन लेने वाला हर सात में एक इंसान इसके साइडइफेक्ट से जूझ रहा है। इन्हें मांसपेशियों और जोड़ों में दर्द हुआ। हालांकि वैक्सीन लगने के अगले दिन यह कुछ कम हो गया।

शुरुआती ट्रायल में भी 58% में दर्द और 50% को बुखार आया

मिखायल ने दावा किया है कि 14 फीसदी मरीजों में जो भी साइडइफेक्ट दिखे हैं उसका खतरा पहले से था। इसकी चेतावनी भी जारी की थी। इस वैक्सीन के शुरुआती ह्यूमन ट्रायल के नतीजे लैंसेट जर्नल में 4 सितंबर को पब्लिश हुए थे। वैक्सीन के पहले और दूसरे चरण के ट्रायल में 76 वॉलंटियर्स शामिल हुए थे। इन्हें दो हिस्सों में वैक्सीन देने के बाद 42 दिन तक निगरानी रखी गई। 21 दिन के अंदर एंटीबॉडी का रेस्पॉन्स देखा गया। लैंसेट में पब्लिश हुई रिपोर्ट बताती है कि पिछले ट्रायल के दौरान भी कई तरह साइइ इफेक्ट दिखे थे।

लैंसेंट जर्नल के मुताबिक, 58 फीसदी में दर्द, 50 फीसदी में शरीर का तापमान बढ़ा और 42 वॉलंटियर्स में सिरदर्द हुआ। इसके अलावा 28 फीसदी में कमजोरी महसूस हुई और 24 फीसदी में मांसपेशियों और जोड़ों में दर्द हुआ।

भारत को वैक्सीन के 10 करोड़ डोज उपलब्ध कराएगा रूस

भारतीयों को वैक्सीन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए भारत और रशिया के बीच बातचीत जारी है। देश इस वैक्सीन के डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन की जिम्मेदारी हैदराबाद की कम्पनी डॉ. रेड्‌डी की होगी। डॉ. रेड्‌डी के मुताबिक, रशिया अपनी वैक्सीन के 10 करोड़ डोज भारत को उपलब्ध कराएगा। इस साल के अंत तक वैक्सीन की सप्लाई हो सकती है।
