गुलाम फिल्म का गाना आती क्या खंडाला आपने जरूर सुना होगा। एक बेहद ही आकर्षक हिल स्टेशन। खूबसूरत वादियां, हरे-भरे मैदान, कल-कल करते झरने और बादलों को चूमतीं हुईं ऊंची-ऊंची पहाड़ियां। यह सबकुछ खंडाला को प्रकृति से तोहफे के रूप में मिला है। मुंबई की भीड़-भाड़ से करीब 100 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर बसा खंडाला सैलानियों के लिए एक फेवरेट वीकेंड डेस्टिनेशन है।
यहां बिखरी कुदरती सुंदरता सहज ही मन को मोह लेती है। खासकर मानसून के समय तो यहां नजारा देखते बनता है। ऐसे लगता है जैसे कुदरत अपने हाथों से यहां की खूबसूरती में चार चांद लगा रहीहो। यहां का कुने वाटर फॉल देखकर वापस भला कौन जाना चाहता है। करीब 200 फीट की ऊंचाई से गिरते झरनों की फुहारें मानोंसारी कायनात अपनी बाहों में समेट लेना चाहती हों।
खंडाला उन लोगों के लिए भी बेहद खास है, जिन्हें ट्रैकिंग और क्लाइम्बिंग का रोमांच पसंद हो। रेलमार्ग से आने वालों को करीब 20 से ज्यादा सुरंगों से गुजरना होना होता है। जो दिन के उजाले में भी रात के अंधेरे का अहसास कराता है।
खंडाला आएं तो इन जगहों पर जरूर जाएं
- यहां के लायंस पॉइंट का दृश्य देखकर मन मंत्रमुग्ध हो जाता है। बारिश के मौसम में कई छोटे-छोटे झरने, हरी-भरी पहाड़ियांऔर झीलें जगह की खूबसूरती में चार चांद लगा देते हैं। यहां का बुशी डैम उन जगहों में से एक हैं, जहां मानसून के दौरान भारी संख्या में सैलानी आते हैं। यहां के चट्टानों पर गिरने वालेपानी की आवाज पर्यटकों के मन को सुकून देती है।
लायंस पॉइंट यहां आने वाले सैलानियों के लिए आकर्षण का प्रमुख केंद्र होता है। - खंडाला से 20 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित हैं कार्ला और बेज गुफाएं। ये पहाड़ी चट्टानों और पत्थरों को काटकर बनाई गई हैं। इन पत्थरों पर बेहतरीन नक्काशी की गई है। यहां दूसरी सदी के बने आकर्षक मंदिर भी मौजूद हैं। यहां का बुद्ध का मंदिर सबसे अधिक प्रसिद्ध है।
- एकवीरा देवी मंदिर, कार्ला गुफा के पास एक छोटी सी पहाड़ी के ऊपर स्थित है। देवी मांके दर्शन करने के लिए लगभग 200 सीढ़ियां चढ़कर जाना होता है। यहीं पर भैरवनाथ मंदिर भी है, जो अपनीवास्तुकला के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। यहां महाशिवरात्रि का त्यौहार बड़े धूम-धाम से मनाया जाता है।
- यहां का तुंगा किला कामशेत में है, जो तीन ओर से पानी से घिरा हुआ है।1600 ईसवी में आदिल शाही वंश ने इसे बनाया था। इस किले तक पहुंचने के लिए 1200 फीट की चढाई चढ़नी होती है।
खंडाला का मौसम
खंडाला का मौसम पूरे साल बेहद खुशनुमा रहता है। यहां सालों भर सैलानी घूमने के लिए आते रहते हैं। वैसे बारिश के मौसम में यहां आना सबसे मजेदार होता है। यहां मौजूद छोटे-छोटे टूरिस्ट प्वॉइंट्स जैसे लायंस प्वाइंट, नेकलेस प्वॉइंट्स, राजमाची प्वॉइंट्स, लोनावाला लेक सबका मन मोह लेते हैं।
कैसे जाएं
खंडाला जाने के लिए आप ट्रेन और फ्लाइट दोनों ही जरिया हैं।इसके लिए आपको पहले पुणे या मुंबई जाना होगा। ये दोनों शहर खंडाला से जुड़े हुए हैं। यहां से आप बस या टैक्सी के माध्यम से खंडाला जा सकते हैं।

रूस के सेचेनोव विश्वविद्यालय का दावा है कि उसने दुनिया की सबसे पहली कोरोना वैक्सीन तैयार कर ली है। विश्वविद्यालय के मुताबिक, इंसानों पर वैक्सीन का ट्रायल सफल रहा है। सेचनोव यूनिवर्सिटी के इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल पैरासिटोलॉजी ट्रॉपिकल एंड वेक्टर-बॉर्न डिसीज के डायरेक्टर अलेक्जेंडर लुकाशेव का कहना है, हमारा मकसद इंसानों को सुरक्षा देने के लिए कोविड-19 की वैक्सीन को सफलतापूर्वक तैयारकरना था।
अलेक्जेंडर के मुताबिक, सुरक्षा के लिहाज से वैक्सीन की जांच की जा चुकी है। जल्द ही यह बाजार में उपलब्ध होगी।
सफल रहा ट्रायल
इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर ट्रांसलेशनल मेडिसिन एंड बायोटेक्नोलॉजी के निदेशक वदिम तरासोव के मुताबिक, गेमली इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एपिडेमियोलॉजी एंड माइक्रोबायोलॉजी ने टीके को तैयार किया है जोट्रायल में सफल रहा है।रशियन न्यूज एजेंसी TASS के मुताबिक, पहले चरण का ट्रायल 18 से शुरू हुआ था जिसमें 18 वॉलंटियर शामिल हुए थे। वहीं, दूसरे चरण के ट्रायल की शुरुआत 23 जून को हुई थी जिसमें 20 वॉलंटियर्स को वैक्सीन दी गई थी।
रूस ने ही कोविड-19 की दवा 'कोरोनाविर' बनाई
हाल ही में रशिया की फार्मा कम्पनी आर-फार्म ने कोविड-19 के इलाज के लिए नई दवा भी तैयार की। नई एंटीवायरल दवा का नाम कोरोनाविर रखा गया है। क्लीनिकल ट्रायल के बाद दवा को कोविड-19 के मरीजों पर इलाज के लिए अनुमति दी गई। कम्पनी का दावा है कि यह दवा कोरोना के मरीजों पर बेहतर असर करती है। कोरोनाविर वायरस के रेप्लिकेशन (वायरस की संख्या बढ़ना) को रोकती है।
कम्पनी का दावा, यह कोविड-19 की जड़ पर वार करती है
कम्पनी का दावा है कि 'कोरोनाविर' देश की पहली ऐसी दवा है जो पूरी तरह कोविड-19 के मरीजों के इलाज के लिए है। दुनियाभर में कोरोना के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं लेकिन समस्या की जड़ वायरस है। संक्रमित मरीजों में यह दवा कोरोना की संख्या को बढ़ने से रोकती है।
55 फीसदी सुधार देखा गया
रशियन फार्मा कम्पनी आर-फार्म के मुताबिक, क्लीनिकल ट्रायल के दौरान कोरोनाविर और दूसरी थैरेपी-दवा ले रहे कोविड-19 के मरीजों की तुलना की गई। रिपोर्ट में सामने आया कि दूसरी दवा और थैरेपी के मुकाबले नई दवा लेने वाले मरीजों में 55 फीसदी अधिक सुधार देखा गया।
कम्पनी का दावा है कि यह दावा कोविड-19 के लक्षणों पर फोकस करने की जगह बीमारी को टार्गेट करती है। यह दवा मरीजों को देने पर 14 दिन बाद अंतर को समझा गया। क्लीनिकल ट्रायल में सामने आया कि कोरोनाविर देने के पांचवे दिन 77.5 फीसदी मरीजों में कोरोनावायरस नहीं मिला।
