देश में बनी कोरोना की पहली वैक्सीन, हैदराबाद की कम्पनी भारत बायोटेक ने तैयार की ; इंसानों पर ट्रायल अगले माह से

देशमें कोरोना की पहली वैक्सीन ‘कोवैक्सीन’ को हैदराबाद की फार्मा कम्पनी भारत बायोटेक तैयार किया है। इसे इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ मेडिकल रिसर्च (आईसीएमआर) और नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वायरोलॉजी, पुणे के साथ मिलकर बनाया गया है। ‘कोवैक्सीन’ का ट्रायल इंसानों पर करने के लिए ड्रग कंट्रोलर जनरल ऑफ इंडिया की तरफ से अनुमति मिल गई है। प्री-क्लीनिकल ट्रायल सफल होने के बाद वैक्सीन को अप्रूवल मिला है। देश में इंसानों पर इसका का ट्रायल जुलाईसे शुरू होगा।

हैदराबाद की जीनोम वैली में तैयार हुई वैक्सीन

फार्मा कम्पनी भारत बायोटेक की ओर से जारी बयान के मुताबिक, वैक्सीन को हैदराबाद के जीनोम वैली के बीएसएल-3 (बायो-सेफ्टी लेवल 3) हाई कंटेनमेंट फैसिलिटी में विकसित किया गया है।ड्रग कंट्रोलर जनरल ऑफ इंडिया, सेंट्रल सेंट्रल ड्रग्स स्टैंडर्ड कंट्रोल ऑर्गनाइजेशन (सीडीएससीओ), स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ने पहले और दूसरे चरण का ह्यूमन ट्रायल शुरू करने की अनुमति दे दी है।

वैक्सीन की घोषणा करना गौरव की बात

कम्पनी के चेयरमैन और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर डॉ.कृष्णा एल्ला के मुताबिक, हमकोरोना की वैक्सीन के बारे में घोषणा करते हुए गौरवांवित महसूस कर रहे हैं। यह देश में तैयार होने वाली कोरोना की पहली वैक्सीन है। जिसे आईसीएमआर और नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वायरोलॉजी के साथ मिलकर तैयार किया गया है।

डॉ. कृष्णा एल्ला के मुताबिक, सेंट्रल ड्रग्स स्टैंडर्ड कंट्रोल ऑर्गेनाइजेशन के सपोर्ट और गाइडेंस के कारण इस प्रोजेक्ट को अप्रूवल मिला। हमारी रिसर्च और दवा तैयार करने वाली टीम बिना थकेलगातार काम कर रही है। इसे तैयार करने के लिए हर जरूरी तकनीक की मदद ली जा रही है।

मौत का खतरा डॉक्टरों को कम, सिक्योरिटी गार्ड को ज्यादा, ब्रिटेन में 4700 मरीजों पर हुई रिसर्च का नतीजा

कोरोना से मौत का खतरा डॉक्टरों से दोगुना फैक्ट्री के मजदूरों और सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की नौकरी कर रहे लोगों को है। यह आंकड़ा ब्रिटेन के विशेषज्ञों ने अलग-अलग क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे 4700 कोविड-19 के मरीजों के डेटाका एनालिसिस करने के बाद जारी किया है। रिपोर्ट में 9 मार्च से 25 मई के बीच 20 से 64 साल के कोरोना पीड़ितों को शामिल किया था।

रिसर्च में सामने आया कि एक लाख लोगों पर 74 पुरुष सिक्योरिटी गार्ड और 73 फैक्ट्री वर्कर की कोरोना से मौत हुई।

1 लाख लोगों पर 30 स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की मौत हुई

वहीं, स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों में यही आंकड़ा अलग रहा है। इनमें 1 लाख लोगों पर 30 स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की मौत हुई। विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, एम्बुलेंस स्टाफ में संक्रमण का खतरा 82.4 फीसदी रहा, जो सबसे ज्यादा था। हालांकि, हमारा मकसद यह बताना नहीं है कि डॉक्टरी पेशे के मुकाबले ये नौकरियांखतरनाक हैं बल्कि, लोगों को सावधान रखना है।

गार्ड और मजदूर सबसे ज्यादा सम्पर्क में आए
विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, लॉकडाउन के दौरान भी फैक्ट्री वर्करों ने लगातार काम किया। जब कोरोना के मामले तेजी से फैल रहे थे तो वो लोगों के सम्पर्क में भी आए। वहीं, सुपर मार्केट में तैनात सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स लाइन में लगे कस्टमर को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग से बचाते हुए सैकड़ों लोगों सम्पर्क में आए।

सबसे अधिक खतरा अश्वेत-एशियाई लोगों को

विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, पुरुषों के लिए 17 अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में मौत का खतरा अधिक रहा। इनमें टैक्सी ड्राइवर (65.3), शेफ (56.8), बस एंड कोच ड्राइवर्स (44.2), सेल्स-रिटेलअसिस्टेंट (34.2) शामिल हैं। जबकि ब्रिटेन में कोविड-19 मौत की दर 19.1 रही है। कोविड-19 से मौत के आंकड़े 1 लाख आबादी के आधार पर है।इनमें भी सबसे अधिक खतरा अश्वेत और एशियाई मूल के लोगों को है।

महिलाओंमें मौत का सर्वाधिक खतरा ग्रूमिंग इंडस्ट्री से
विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, महिलाओं में मौत का सबसे अधिक खतरा ग्रूमिंग इंडस्ट्री में काम करने वालीमहिलाओं को है। इनमें एक लाख में 31 महिलाओं की मौत हुई। हेल्थ एनालिस्ट बेन हम्बरस्टोन के मुताबिक, सिर्फ किसी क्षेत्र में मौत का खतरा अंतिम नतीजा नहीं है, इसके लिए यह भी निर्भर करता है कि आप किसउम्र औरकिस मूल के हैं।
