कोरोना को हराने वाली 105 साल की असमा बीवी की कहानी, बेटी से संक्रमण फैला और तीन महीने तक इलाज के बाद अब घर लौटीं

केरल के कोल्लम में रहने वाली 105 साल की असमा बीवी 3 माह तक कोरोना से लड़ने के बाद घर लौटी हैं। असमा केरल की सबसे उम्रदराज कोरोना सर्वाइवर हैं। उन्हें 20 अप्रैल को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। असमा बीवी को कोरोना का संक्रमण उनकी बेटी से हुआ था।

बेटी का कहना है कि पूरे इलाज के दौरान मां ने कोरोना का डटकर मुकाबला किया। उन्होंने हिम्मत नहीं हारी। उम्र अधिक होने के कारण वह पहले ही कई तरह की दिक्कतों से जूझ रही थीं, इस दौरान डॉक्टर्स में लगातार नजर बनाए रखी।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने उनके जज्बे की तारीफ की
असमा बीवी ने जिस तरह कोरोना का डटकर मुकाबला किया है, उसके लिए केरल की स्वास्थ्यमंत्री केके शैलजा ने उनकी तारीफ की है। स्वास्थ्यमंत्री ने कहा, उन्होंने इस उम्र में जो जज्बा दिखाया वह काबिलेतारीफ है। स्वास्थ्यमंत्री ने डॉक्टर्स, नर्स और हेल्थ वर्कर्स का भी शुक्रिया अदा किया।

केरल में बुधवार को कोरोना के 903 मामले सामने आए। इसमें हेल्थ वर्कर भी शामिल हैं। संक्रमितों का आंकड़ा 21,797 तक पहुंच गया है।

अप्रैल में केरल के थॉमस बने थे देश के सबसे उम्रदराज कोरोना सर्वाइवर
असमा बीवी से पहले सबसे उम्रदराज कोरोना सर्वाइवर केरल के 93 साल के थॉमस अब्राहम रहे। थॉमस ने अप्रैल की शुरुआत में कोरोना को मात दी थी और देश के सबसे उम्रदराज कोरोना सर्वाइवर बने थे। इसके बाद देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में अधिक उम्र वाले कोरोना सर्वाइवर के मामले सामने आए।

93 साल के थॉमस अब्राहम अपनी 88 वर्षीय पत्नी मरियम्मा के साथ।

अब्राहम एक किसान हैं। उनके साथ उनकी 88 वर्षीय पत्नी मरियम्मा का इलाज कोट्‌टायम मेडिकल कॉलेज में हुआ था।
