कोरोना पीड़ित के दोनों फेफड़े डैमेज हुए, 112 दिन लाइफ स्पोर्ट सिस्टम पर रहने के बाद अब दिखा सुधार

साउथ कोरिया की 50 वर्षीय कोरोना पीड़ित महिला 112 दिन से लाइफ सपोर्ट सिस्टम पर है। अब उसमें सुधार देखा जा रहा है। मरीज की डबल लंग ट्रांसप्लांट सर्जरी हुई है। डॉक्टर्स के मुताबिक, महामारी की शुरुआत से अब तक ऐसे दुनिया में केवल 9 मामले सामने आए हैं।
महिला को फरवरी में कोरोना का संक्रमण हुआ और उसके दोनों फेफड़ों ने काम करना बंद कर दिया। इस कारण उसे 16 हफ्ते तक इक्मो सपोर्ट (फेफड़े फेल होने पर दी जाने वाली ऑक्सीजन) दिया गया। इक्मो सपोर्ट की मदद से मरीज में ब्लड सर्कुलेट होता है और आरबीसी तक ऑक्सीजन पहुंचती है। यह दुनियाभर में सबसे लम्बे समय तक कोरोना मरीज के लाइफ सपोर्ट पर रहने का पहला ऐसा मामला है।

4 पॉइंट : ऐसा चला इलाज

महिला जब हॉस्पिटल पहुंची को बिना लाइफ सपोर्ट बचना मुश्किल था
महिला की सर्जरी करने वाले डॉ. किम के मुताबिक, मरीज जब हॉस्पिटल आई तो वह एक्यूट रेस्पिरेट्री डिस्ट्रेस सिंड्रोम से जूझ रही थी। बिना इक्मो सपोर्ट के उसका जिंदा रहना मुश्किल था। मरीज को इक्मो सपोर्ट जब दिया दिया जाता है जब मौत का खतरा 90 फीसदी तक होता है और वेंटिलेटर भी उतना असरदार नहीं साबित होता।
इक्मो सपोर्ट देने के बाद ऐसे मरीज 2-3 हफ्ते में रिकवर हो जाते है। अगर ऐसा नहीं होता है तब लंग ट्रांसप्लांट करने की नौबत आती है। चीन, अमेरिका, ऑस्ट्रेलिया समेत दुनियाभर में ऐसे 9 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।

दवाओं से पल्मोनरी फाइब्रोसिस में नहीं हुआ सुधार
हेलम यूनिवर्सिटी सेक्रेड हार्ट हॉस्पिटल के पल्मोनरी एंड क्रिटिकल केयर मेडिसिन के प्रोफेसर डॉ. पार्क सूंग-हूं कहते हैं, कोरोना पीड़ित मरीज पल्मोनरी फाइब्रोसिस से जूझ रही थी। उसके फेफड़ों के टिशु डैमेज हो गए थे, जिसे सुधारने के लिए एंटीमलेरियल हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्वीन, एचआईवी ड्रग काल्टेरा और स्टीरॉयड्स जैसी दवाएं दी गईं। लेकिन सुधार नहीं हुआ, हालत और बिगड़ती गई।

लगातार 8 घंटे चली सर्जरी
हॉस्पिटल के डायरेक्टर और महिला की सर्जरी करने वाले डॉ. किम हाओंग-सू के मुताबिक, मरीज में फेफड़े ट्रांसप्लांट किए गए। ट्रांसप्लांट की 50 फीसदी सफलता इक्मो पर निर्भर थी। डोनर मिलने से पहले मरीज खुद को सर्जरी के लिए तैयार कर चुका था। इलाज के बाद मरीज ने अपनी पहचान जाहिर करने या इंटरव्यू देने से मना कर दिया। डॉ. किम के मुताबिक, सर्जरी 8 घंटे चली। सर्जरी के दौरान सामने आया कि मरीज के डैमेज हुए फेफड़े चट्‌टान की तरह सख्त हो गए थे।

चेस्ट मसल्स स्ट्रॉन्ग होने के बाद डिस्चार्ज किया जाएगा
मरीज की देखभाल करने वाली इक्मो प्रोग्राम की हेड नर्स ली-सूं-ही के मुताबिक, मरीज ने इलाज के दौरान उम्मीद नहीं छोड़ी। वह मजबूत मन से जुटी रही। ऐसे मामलों में मरीजों की जो हालत होती है उसके मुकाबले महिला काफी स्ट्रॉन्ग थी। वह दो बच्चों की मां है। उसने हमे बताया, मैं आपकी आभारी हूं, क्योंकि आपने मुझे सांसें दीं। महिला की चेस्ट मसल्स स्ट्रॉन्ग होने के बाद ही उसे हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज किया जाएगा।
