
PLANT-BASED foods have come into sharp focus for their promising effects on longevity, but some nutrients stand out more than others. There is evidence that some may stall the ageing process, or even reverse it. Recent findings have shown that a diet that includes berries, cruciferous vegetables and leafy greens could reverse a biological clock by more than three years.
