अमेरिका ने लैब में प्रोटीन से बनाया कोरोनावायरस का डुप्लीकेट, दावा- VSV नाम का वायरस यह चीन की तरह कोरोना नहीं फैलाएगा

अमेरिकी शोधकर्ताओं ने लैब में जेनेटिकली बदलाव करके सिर्फ प्रोटीन से ऐसा वायरस बनाया है जो कोरोना की तरह दिखता है। यह काफी हल्का है और कोरोना की महामारी नहीं फैलाता। यह वायरस इंसानों में कोरोना से लड़ने के लिए एंटीबॉडीजपैदा करेगा। इस वायरस का इस्तेमाल दुनियाभर में दवाओं और वैक्सीन की टेस्टिंग के लिए होगा।

वायरस का नाम VSV (वेसिकुलर स्टोमेटाइटिस वायरस) रखा गया है। इसे वॉशिंगटन यूनिवर्सिटी स्कूल ऑफ मेडिसिन ने तैयार किया है। शोधकर्ताओं के मुतबिक,यह वायरस स्वस्थ कोशिकाओं को संक्रमित करता है तो शरीर में बनने वाली एंटीबॉडी इसे टारगेट करती है, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे कोरोना के मामले में होता है। इस तरह शरीर में एंटीबॉडीज को कोरोना से लड़ने के तैयार करने की कोशिश हो रही है।

VSV वायरस औरSARS-CoV-2 की तुलना

ऐसे इसे कोरोना की तरह इसे बनाया

• शोधकर्ताओं ने नए वायरस VSV के ऊपरी प्रोटीन को हटाकर इस पर कोरोनावायरस का स्पाइक प्रोटीन लगाया। इस तरह वायरस को कोरोना का डुप्लिकेट मॉडल (VSV-SARS-CoV-2) तैयार किया गया। नए वायरस में सिर्फ कोरोना का प्रोटीन इस्तेमाल किया गया, बीमारी को घातक बनाने वाला जीन नहीं डाला गया।
• यह कैसे काम करेगा, इसलिए वैज्ञानिकों ने प्रयोग किया। शोधकर्ताओं ने कोरोना सर्वाइवर के शरीर से सीरम लेकर एंटीबॉडीज अलग कीं। बाद में इसका प्रयोग लैब में बने वायरस पर किया। परिणाम के तौर पर सामने आया कि मरीज की एंटीबॉडीज ने इस नए वायरस को पहचाना और ब्लॉक किया।
• शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि जिस एंटीबॉडीज ने हायब्रिड वायरस को रोका है वही आगे कोरोनावायरस को भी संक्रमित करने से रोकेगी। अगर कोई एंटीबॉडी लैब वाले वायरस को नहीं रोक सकती तो कोरोना को भी नहीं रोक पाएंगी।

शोधकर्ताओं को रिसर्च के लिए दिया गया यह वायरस
शोधकर्ताओं के मुताबिक, कोरोनावायरस ऐरोसॉल के जरिए भी फैल रहा है, ये बारीक कण काफी खतरनाक साबित हो सकते हैं। इससे बचने के लिए बचाव बेहद जरूरी है। शोधकर्ता सिएन वेलन के मुताबिक, हमने इस वायरस को रिसर्च में इस्तेमाल करने के लिए अर्जेंटीना, मेक्सिको, ब्रालीज, कनाडा में भेजा है और अमेरिका में पहले ही हमारे पास है।

3 से 5 दिन तक दिखते हैं माइल्ड लक्षण
शोधकर्ताओं के मुताबिक, कोरोनावायरस जैसा जो मॉडल हमने तैयार किया है, यह इंसान को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचाता। इसे जेनेटिकली बदला गया है। ऐसे वायरस मवेशी, सुअर और घोड़ों में होते हैं। यह इंसान को बमुश्किल संक्रमित करता है। अगर संक्रमण होता भी है तो फ्लू के हल्के लक्षण 3 से 5 दिन तक दिखते हैं।
