NON-ALCOHOLIC fatty liver disease is the accumulation of fat in the liver that is not caused by alcohol consumption. A healthy liver contains some fat. However, when fat makes up more than five percent of the liver's weight a person could be suffering from fatty liver disease. Jaundice is one of the signs that could indicate incurable complications.
