Covid pill that ‘kills’ virus within hours could be handed out on NHS and end lockdowns

A COVID pill may have the potential to end repeat lockdowns, according to scientists. If the pill is shown to work against the virus it will be handed out on the NHS and taken within a few days of a positive test.
