COVID19: As Durga Puja and Ramleela near, DDMA issues fresh guidelines

With Durga Puja round the corner and heralding the festival season, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Sunday issued fresh guidelines for holding gatherings, with strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols. These guidelines are significant, given the staging of Ramleelas, that witness mass gatherings, starts around the same time. All organisers will now have to obtain permission from District Magistrates for organising events apart from other required permissions, said Delhi Chief Secretary and DDMA's Executive Committee Chairman Vijay Dev.

64 साल की चीनी महिला में रिकवरी के 2 माह बाद आंखों में मिला कोरोनावायरस, दर्द से जूझ रही महिला की दो बार हुई आई सर्जरी

चीन में कोरोना का एक और अजीबोगरीब मामला सामने आया है। 64 साल की बुजुर्ग महिला कोरोना से रिकवर हुई। उसके 2 माह बाद कोरोनावायरस उसकी आंखों में मिला। चीन में यह मामला काफी चर्चा में है। कई रिसर्च में भी साबित हो चुका है कि आंखों में लालिमा या सूजन दिखने पर अलर्ट हो जाएं। ये कोरोना के लक्षण हो सकते हैं। पढ़िए उस महिला की पूरी कहानी...

महिला जनवरी में हुई संक्रमित
लगातार पांच दिन तक सूखी खांसी और नौ दिन तक डायरिया के लक्षण दिखने के बाद महिला को 31 जनवरी 2020 को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया। वह बुखार से भी परेशान थी। चेस्ट सीटी स्कैन करने पर फेफड़ों में संक्रमण का असर दिखा। इसके बाद उसकी नाक से सैम्पल लिया गया और जांच में कोरोना की पुष्टि हुई। लेकिन, उस दौरान कोई सीरियस प्रॉब्लम नहीं नजर आई और न ही आंखों में कोई दिक्कत थी।

फरवरी में दो बार रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आने पर डिस्चार्ज हुई
18 और 20 फरवरी को हुई जांच रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आने पर उसे डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया। करीब 8 दिन बाद उसकी दाईं आंख में दर्द होना शुरू हुआ। 28 फरवरी तक आंखों में लगातार दर्द बढ़ता रहा और दिखना कम होने लगा। जब दर्द सहने की क्षमता से पार हो गया तो महिला हॉस्पिटल पहुंची।

8 मार्च को अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया। डॉक्टर्स ने पाया कि महिला ग्लूकोमा अटैक से जूझ रही थी। आंखों में दबाव के कारण दर्द हो रहा है। पहले दवाओं की मदद से दर्द कंट्रोल करने की कोशिश की गई। अधिक फायदा न दिखने पर सर्जरी की गई।

आंखों की दो बार सर्जरी हुई
चीन के वुहान स्थित सेंटर थिएटर कमांड हॉस्पिटल में महिला की दो बार सर्जरी हुई। 14 मार्च को राइट और 15 मार्च को लेफ्ट आई की सर्जरी हुई। सर्जरी के बाद भी आंखों में लगातार दबाव और दर्द बढ़ने पर महिला की 10 अप्रैल को फिर सर्जरी की गई। सर्जरी के दौरान आंखों से लिए गए टिश्यू सैम्पल की जांच की गई तो उसमें कोरोनावायरस का प्रोटीन मिला।

जामा ऑप्थेल्मोलॉजी जर्नल में प्रकाशित रिसर्च के मुताबिक, कोरोना के मरीजों में 'ऑक्युलर मेनिफेस्टेशन' के मामले सामने आए हैं। ऐसे मामलों में आंख में लालिमा और सूजन आती है। इससे पहले हुई एक और रिसर्च में सामने आया है कि कोरोना आंखों की ऊपरी लेयर के अलावा आंसुओं में भी पाया गया है। यहां से भी संक्रमण फैल सकता है।
