Man given a PIG's heart in world-first transplant may have died as the organ was infected

DAVID BENNETT was the first person in the world to receive a pig's heart transplant. Sadly, the 57-year-old died on March 8 merely MONTHS after the surgery. An expert now thinks that the transplant might have been infected with porcine cytomegalovirus.
