Stroke: Mini stroke symptoms shown in 43% of patients in week prior to event finds study

STROKE is a widely feared condition characterised by a sudden loss of feeling and confusion. It has a high mortality rate, but many of those who don't succumb to the condition are left disabled. According to one body of research, nearly half of patients may suffer mini stroke symptoms in the week leading up to an event.
