EASTENDERS legend Pam St Clement was best known for her role as Pat Butcher from 1986 until 2012. With a guest appearance on the fictional square back in 2016, the star is one of the soap's longest serving cast members. But a horrific injury back in 2019, meant that the star has not been able to work much since.
