Live longer: How many steps to do a day - 'Moving even a little more is beneficial'



BEING "active" doesn't necessarily mean training hard. A simple activity like walking could help people live a longer life. It's low impact and it could be done at any age and time. Daily strolls don't need to reach 10,000 steps, a study reveals.
