SALLY DYNEVOR has had a week better than most. On Wednesday the Coronation Street actress visited Windsor Castle where she received an MBE from Princess Anne, and later tonight she is taking to the ice as she competes in Dancing On Ice. But things haven't been easy for Dynevor, as back in 2009 she battled cancer.
