Dementia: Three ways to 'keep your brain young' - they are not diet or exercise



AS A person's age increases, so does the risk of them developing dementia. Nonetheless, research suggests there may be some ways to reduce your risk. Statistics from the NHS show one in 14 people over the age of 65 have dementia.
