James Martin health: BBC producer helped Saturday Kitchen star cope with his dyslexia

ONE OF the most successful TV chefs, James Martin has spoken out publicly about his severe dyslexia and has been recognised by the British Dyslexia Association. Although the disability has not hindered his career success, it was down to a BBC producer who helped him cope with the pressures of live TV.
