IAN WRIGHT, 57, is an English former professional footballer best known now for his entertaining and engaging commentary on BBC Sport and ITV Sport. Wright managed to turn his passion for the game into a hugely successful career but his childhood was far from auspicious. The football great bravely opened up recently about a dark chapter in his life in a documentary.
