NEW CORONAVIRUS strain: England was thrown into disarray at the weekend when Boris Johnson announced much of the South East and East of London would be entering Tier 4 in a bid to contain the latest strain of coronavirus. There are many unanswered questions about the new strain but most salient of all is whether it threatens the effectiveness of the new vaccine.
