US 'general public' will be able to get covid vaccines by APRIL, Fauci says

'That will likely be within the first quarter of 2021 by let's say April of 2021,' Dr Anthony Fauci told CBS Evening News - but he added that will only be true if all vaccines in trials now prove safe and effective.
