'It’s feminist': Female strip club owner on building her business - 'girls are in control'

THE STRIPPING industry is often misunderstood by outsiders, who stereotype strippers as "stupid" or "submissive" to - usually - men's fantasies, according to strip club owner Amy Gwynne. But Amy and the strippers she works with told Express.co.uk why the complete opposite is true: strippers are empowered by their work and strip clubs like Amy's are feminist arenas where women are always the ones in control.
