ALZHEIMER'S disease causes predictable biological changes decades before the onset of clinical symptoms. These early changes in the brain can allow for certain drugs to help reduce the molecular markers which are the hallmarks of the disease. A new drug has shown promising results in the fight against Alzheimer's in the early stages of the disease.
