Twenty percent of Britons leave the central heating on in the summer

A fifth of Britons will leave their heating on throughout the summer without a thought for their bills or the environment, according to a study. A poll of 2,000 adults found 27 percent of those will leave their radiators on during the warmer months to dry their clothes - despite the temperature outdoors.
