It's 2020 and it ought to spring a surprise. Since 2000, the Pantone Color Institute has been declaring its coveted 'Color of the Year'. Pantone Ultimate Gray (grey) and Pantone Illuminating (bright yellow) have been dubbed as the colour of the upcoming year.
